I’m Rebecca D. Finegan, a REALTOR®, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® with Keller Williams Preferred Realty. I serve homeowners in Columbia, South Carolina, and surrounding areas.

I created FSBO Knowledge because homeowners deserve clear, practical information when deciding how to sell their home. If you choose to sell independently, I respect that choice. This site helps you understand the work involved, prepare for common challenges, and recognize when professional support may be helpful.

My approach starts with listening. Before discussing a price or a plan, I want to understand your goals, your timing, and what matters most to you. Whether you have a question or want to explore representation, we can begin with a conversation.

My work also includes helping older adults and their families navigate downsizing and housing transitions. I understand that selling a home often means more than moving belongings. It can mean leaving familiar routines and beginning a new chapter.
